3. Oil & Gas Filtration System

• The filter utilises high-density filter material ensuring high filtration accuracy and effectively extending the compressor’s service life.
• Its filter element features uniform pore sizes, minimal filtration resistance, a large flux, strong dirt interception capability, and prolonged service life.
• Maintaining high cleanliness, the filter element prevents pollution to the filter medium.
• It demonstrates resistance to acids, alkalis, and other chemical solvents, high strength, temperature resistance, and resistance to deformation.

4. Oil & Gas Separator

Featuring a large-capacity oil and gas separator, top-tier oil and gas separation elements, and advanced gas and liquid filter elements, our system incorporates a cutting-edge tertiary oil and gas separation design. This ensures that oil content is meticulously controlled below 3ppm, guaranteeing the delivery of high-quality compressed air.

5. Intake Valve

The advanced-design air valve offers an adjustable air intake range from 0 to 100%, along with capacity adjustment valve capabilities. With minimal pressure loss, it ensures stable operation and boasts a prolonged lifespan.

6. Air Filter

It incorporates a design with high dust-holding capacity and low flow resistance, effectively filtering out minuscule solid particles from the air. Achieving a dust removal efficiency of 99.5% guarantees the uninterrupted operation and cost-effective service life of various system components.

7. Efficient Cooler
